Well, according to the book, and other things on this site, run the slide all the way out. Then run it in for about 6 - 10 inches. Run it all the way back out, Do this several times. It should straighten itself out. If that doesn't work check the motors on each side of the slide to make sure they are working properly. One thing to always do when deploying the slides in normal situations. Make sure to hold the button at least 3 seconds when the slide stops moving either when bringing it in or taking it out. Does it come in straight and equal on the sidewall of the rig?

That being the case it does point toward them being out of sync, probably from not holding the buttons long enough once the slides reach full extension or retraction. Try what I suggested above. It's the recommended method for getting the motors back in sync. Others may have some opinions and experience on this also.
