Where to leave 5th wheel
Expecting to leave Florida heading West late March.... Carlsbad, Tucson, Grand Canyon and Bryce are planned stops... Then fly to Vancouver for an Alaska cruise... Looking for a Campground or storage area that's safe and won't break the bank.. near an airport would be a plus... Gave some thought to Portland, worried about security in that area.... After the cruise we'll be heading to the Idaho panhandle.... A reasonable monthly rate would be nice... Also flight connections are a consideration as I've already spent to much time in airports..... Thanks, Norm

Wonder if a local GD dealer would let you drop it there for free or nominal charge, or get some PM work done while your gone like axle or slide PM maintenance while it is there.

3 or 4 sided covered storage may be a good choice at a local RV storage facility. Here in MO we keep ours in one for $60 a month. Our facility does a good job of keeping our 5er out of the weather and sun and provides some security with a property fence and cameras. They also have 110v hookup for trickle charging our battery while stored.
Some CGs have uncovered storage areas available too. Might be worth calling a few in and around your departure city.Jim and Annette
