Mystery valves... New owner.

We just purchased a 21g and was looking at the underside and noticed 2 white gate valves and a blue drain tube beside them. My question is are there 2 fresh water tank drains and the tanks are tied togeather. One is forward of axles and one is to the rear. I see plubing low point drains on curbside. The owners manual does not mention them.

I don't know how many fresh tanks your model has, but any white PVC with a gate valve underneath the trailer is a fresh water dump. The blue tube beside it is the overflow.
