    221MLE water dripping

I winterized our one year old trailer in late fall by draining and blowing out the lines and pouring RV antifreeze through all drains.
We used it this weekend for my son to sleep in as we had a full house.
I filled the fresh water tank 1/2 full using the right side fill inlet, cleared both cold & hot water lines, lit the cookstove, water heater, etc.
All worked as needed but at the left front under where the main fresh water shoe lines goes water was dripping.
I assumed one of the faucets must still be open abut when I opened the door both were shut and no water was in the overfill tray.
But water dripping slowly from underneath continued all weekend.
I cannot see or feel anywhere it is coming from.
Suggestions? Or should I take it to the dealer as we also have a service contract?

What panel? There is no way I see to open the panel where the faucets, water inlet, change lever, etc are located. No access from above?
