Solar Plug on ImagineXLS 18RBE
My 2019 18RBE has a plug on the outside of the trailer labeled Furrion and solar. Can I just plug a portable solar panel into this and recharge the trailer battery?
Is there any special brand of panel or equipment that needs to be used?Doug, Patti and our puppy Leo are from upstate NY.

If it were me, I'd trace the wires down just to be safe. Our 2019 351M has a plug like that and it is wired directly to the battery. I bought an aftermarket 10W solar maintainer, soldered the wires to a Furrion plug I bought and it works well.

Use a voltmeter to see if you have 12V at the terminals. I have a 200W portable solar panel setup I made and bought a plug from Amazon to hook it up to the port.
