As a long time Floridian who leaves our house for weeks at a time, the only thing I’d add is make sure you turn off propane tanks and turn off electric on water heater. Other than that, AC left on at 82 degrees should work well to maintain low RH relative humidity.
Buy one of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1R0K68/ or these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MUOIQ8W/ so your neighbor can monitor the RH, when they check weekly. With the AC set to 82 deg that should maintain the RH well below 60% and you should be fine. Mold requires higher than 70% RH to grow.
Here’s our temp/humidity monitor in our occupied Florida cabin this morning..Last edited by Jerryr; 05-01-2021 at 07:25 AM.

How funny.... I was going to suggest just keeping the slides out.
While on the tire subject, be sure to place something that doesn't absorb moisture under the tires if you leave them sitting for a long time. Boards don't qualify, moisture just weeps through them. Maybe something plastic.Larry KE4DMG

While we are at the Vacation cabin we keep our main South Florida house AC set to 83 degrees. You can see that the current RH at the house is 51-53% in each of the 3 AC zones. It never gets above 55% RH when AC is set to 83 deg when it’s hot outside.

I live in Florida. I store my camper for months without air on. I place several Damp Rid buckets around the trailer. After a couple of months they are full. I replace them about that often. No moisture issues. Much cheaper than A/C not to mention wear on unit. Have friend check the Damp Rid monthly instead. I buy the stuff at Lowe’s.
