Just bought a new Transcend 231RK. Frig worked great for 3 days. It has now shut down. Any ideas where to begin the troubleshooting? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would suggest contacting your dealer first and, if you don't get anywhere with them, calling Grand Design Customer Service at (574) 825-9679.

Bought our Transcend 245RL in March. Fridge worked for one week and went out. Took it to dealership first of April (it's still there). They said we had a bad compressor and needed a new fridge. Ended up calling Grand Design this week. They contacted dealership to attempt to move our service along. Grand Design then contacted Furrion directly...it will be JUNE before a fridge is available. SO NOT HAPPY. We have had to cancel a reservation already. Emailed Grand Design to express how unhappy and how unacceptable this is that we have a NEW camper that is unavailable to use.

It's not GD's fault. They are bound by their suppliers. I'm guessing Furrion is having trouble getting parts just like many other manufactures in the parts world.
Although you can buy one directly off the Furrion site.
