Looks good. Any chance you can share a picture of the modified x-factor for the sewer pipe obstruction?

Update : Took it over this week to Professional Trailer Repair here in Tucson. Just got the dreaded call that they cannot do the repair. Apparently the break is at the front corner of the bedroom slide which means the slide will have to be pulled to repair it. I already have an appointment at La Mesa RV here in Tucson on 6/17 to do the body work damage from the tire blowout, so I guess I'll see if they can repair it. I hate to rely on a dealer for something link this........
Will update as I know more. I guess our full-time RVing is on hold after almost 7 years.

Umph! That is the common fatigue point... Lippert has started reinforcing, bit the problem is really that the wall and frame design of unitized in reaction.

Most RV shops actually subcontract structural welding so you likely will come out fine. Just make sure the slide works well afterwards because of how finicky the Schwintek slides are and also eat themselves when not aligned just right.

Man, that really sucks. I feel sorry for you, but at least you have the Gold Wing to ride in sunny Tucson! If I was still home, we could have met up for a few brews, but we're on our way to the East Coast now.

The shop I went to is willing to do the work….they just don’t have the equipment or expertise to pull the slide. We’ll see how it works out.

Me too, Mike. I did run some errands on the bike earlier today, but man….it is hot. Supposed to be 110 or higher the next week or so. Enjoy the travels and be safe!

Alan, thanks for the update. I believe our frames are identical so I'm watching with great interest. So far no sign of failure... knocking on my head!
