In the past 12 months what has the total price increase % been on the Grand Design products? Before covid I was hoping to upgrade to a Solitude 310 in 2022, with these increases and sellers market pricing I am starting to get priced out of the market.

Just the 7% that just came into affect. I won't be surprised if there's more that will come. The material shortage are driving prices on pretty much everything up.

I think this might be the 2nd increase in 2 months , would not be shocked to see others in the future.

I would call their bluff and ask them for documentation from Grand Design stating so. Then I’d do my own research and contact grand design direct and not through your dealer to figure this out. What this really sounds like is a supply and demand thing with the dealer and NOT grand design. I can tell you my wife and I purchased our imagine 2910 BH in nov of last year. We got in just before the great RV demand. We got a call from our sales person last month who told me he has 3 families all who want our model and he will give us $6,000 over what we paid to buy it back. Of course we laughed 🤣

The June 1st date is for stock units coming offline. In other words, if I have a 2800BH coming offline on 6/5, and it is a dealer stock unit, it gets the price increase. If I have a retail name assigned to it, it is price held.
I just ordered a Solitude from my local dealer and was advised that the price may increase before it arrives even though I've ordered it and paid a deposit. If the price is held when a name is assigned to an order, it seems like the dealer could take advantage by ordering at the lower price and then selling to someone else at a higher price when it arrives.

That policy is no longer in effect. I think it was the August price increase when it was announced that the prices would no longer be locked at time of order.

Nothing is price held anymore. They stopped that back in July or August. Dealer cost is now whatever it is when it comes off the line, not when ordered.

Makes pricing an ordered unit a fun game at the dealer level. "Crystal ball says the price will be $xx,xxx in 4 months".....
