Picture of the “guts”. Broken Shoes are very common.

The synchronization process itself, not always smooth.

I guess a better description of the issue will be necessary before my simple mind can grasp the problem.
I guess I put two different problems in there It's jerking as it moves in or out. I am going to check some things and try the syncing later today.

I will check the battery today. I never thought about a stuck roller, although I did spray some lube on them last year. This is a problem I have had since new, although I never really considered it a problem before. It seems a little worse now. The other two slides run fine. I am going to check everything out once my sons stop on their way to work. I love my wife dearly, and she is very intelligent, but of no use helping in these situations.

Well, we could only check out the rollers (raining too much off and on), which all rotate/turn properly so that isn't it. I did notice that the jerking is more prominent when the slide is about 1/2 way in/out. I lubed everything in the gibbs and bearing block again. I did try the realignment procedure to no avail. I really don't want to tear apart the motor mechanism so I guess I'll just live with it till something happens, except I will check the power aspect of it tomorrow afternoon

I have a imagine 2600RB and had similar issues with my side I did not know about those little wheels behind the slides rubber seal I sprayed those while my wife brought the slide in and out. That worked like charm. A rv mechanic told me to do this and it did the trick.

What did you use for lube? I think I remember there was something that GD recommends for this? I have only had my trailer a few months, but probably need to lube anyway.

Should be a silicone based lubricant. Absolutely do not use WD-40.

This is what Lippert recommends for lubricating the Schwintek slides. Click image for larger version.

Lippert says only to use CRC power lube with PTFE but anything similar should work.
