    Hi Steve and Bonnie (@Ciaran1),

If you have normal water flow at the bathroom fixtures, then probably not.

    Hi Mike (@gr8daggett),

Thanks for the update... The next step would be to look at the kitchen faucet. If your unit has the same Reflection kitchen faucet currently installed as of today's posted date stamp of 04/16/15 (which is GD part # 350096 FAUCET PULL-DOWN KITCHEN BRUSHED NICKEL NON METALLIC), the hand-held sprayer can be pulled down to access and (carefully) unscrew the sprayer head to check for debris at that connection, and the aerator (located on the other side of the sprayer head) can also be carefully unscrewed to check for debris. If debris is found, clean it and then reassemble the faucet. If no debris is found, then your dealer would contact our Customer Support to discuss.

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice

Janice, I have accomplished all the above inspections and have found no kinks, trash or obvious blockages in the areas suggested. Yet the kitchen faucet pressure remains low compared to the bath area. It is not a "show stopper" but certainly annoying and difficult to assess why? I do appreciate GDs interest in the issue!

When you had the faucet apart did you find a metal disk...typically used to reduce the pressure?

No metal/plastic disc or pressure reducer was evident. I removed the one way ball check valve from the sprayer head (anti-syphon) to see if the flow was better. Flow remained the same. Re-installed the check valve, made sure there were no obstructions. Flow remained the same.

Interesting...I know that both the bathroom and kitchen faucets are piped with 1/2" PEX right to the fixture. I'm wondering if there's any pressure reducing washer etc where the 1/2" PEX connects to the faucet. I'm not going to take mine apart to check as they're a real bear to reach and the stiffness of the PEX can make it very difficult to line up.

Janice...could you check this out with production?

I think the issue might lie with the faucet itself. My OEM faucet had very low pressure with both the pump and city water connections. I replaced mine with a different model. I have pretty decent flow now, and when I activate the sprayer it stays on.

TusonJim, did your new faucet connect direct to the camper Pex lines or did you have to adapt the Pex to typical residential fittings?

Jim, did you use a residential model or one designed for RV use? Also, is it plastic or? Can you provide us any details on the unit you used?

    Hi Dave (@Dave and Monica),

If there was no debris found at the water pump filter and no debris at the currently used kitchen faucet connections indicated in my previous reply posted today @ 10:12 am, then we would prefer customers contact a dealer for a service appointment to have the system visually inspected and tested (as needed).

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice
