Thanks for the update... The next step would be to look at the kitchen faucet. If your unit has the same Reflection kitchen faucet currently installed as of today's posted date stamp of 04/16/15 (which is GD part # 350096 FAUCET PULL-DOWN KITCHEN BRUSHED NICKEL NON METALLIC), the hand-held sprayer can be pulled down to access and (carefully) unscrew the sprayer head to check for debris at that connection, and the aerator (located on the other side of the sprayer head) can also be carefully unscrewed to check for debris. If debris is found, clean it and then reassemble the faucet. If no debris is found, then your dealer would contact our Customer Support to discuss.

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice
    Janice,
I took the sprayer head apart. Minor tiny bits of debris... but cleaning them out made no difference once it was reassembled.
With the sprayer head off, the flow was better. Sooooooooo
I am leaning towards Jim's comments as well.

I am almost ready to bet that with a good faucet it could be acceptable.

    Hi Mike (@gr8daggett),

Please let your dealer know your findings... If needed, they can order a replacement for you (and if they determine the replacement is covered under warranty, must also return the original faucet to us for vendor charge back purposes).

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice

I am not sold on the dealer replacement option. Having the dealer replace a faucet that is one and the same likely won't resolve the problem. My dealer is two hours away, having the camper tied up for possibly weeks awaiting installation of the same faucet doesn't appeal to me. This is prime camping time and awaiting the dealer to replace a faucet just doesn't get it. I'd prefer to understand what is causing the problem and I can likely fix it or mitigate the problem myself. If the faucet is indeed the problem, I will just replace it with a better one and hit the road.

We had the same problem on our 385th GD had the dealer replace the whole faucet we now have a good hot and cold supply so it may be a batch of bad faucets units that GD had!
anyway we are back to a good water supply.

I am with Steve ... It takes two weeks to get into the dealer and then they keep it for another two weeks (bout standard for my dealer).
I have only had my NEW trailer for just a week and the summer is short... Still have the snow shovels sitting out by the garage!!!
I'll pay for a good faucet if that is the problem and get to some serious camping.

We have exactly the same low water pressure @ our kitchen island sink in our Feb. 2015 29RS build . City water pressure @ 40psi ++ & yet not enough pressure to even engage the sprayer feature on kitchen faucet. Did all the steps above with none of them making a positive difference...I believe the problem has to be the faucet. Either a bad batch from the vendor or just poor quality/design.

As I shared in a previous post sometime ago and my wife confirmed tonight our faucets all of them including using the center island spray all have pressure consistent with all our previous rvs. Our 303 is a 10/13 build so maybe something different with our early production.

This seems like a wide spread problem across multiple product models....
and Grand Design does 2 PDIs before the unit leaves the factory? (web site video)
Why should this be left to a wide array of dealers to poke through each trailer? and probably do more damage than good.

I really hate tearing up something that was just built.

    Low Water Pressure FIXED !!!

Many Thanks to Burlington RV Superstore in Sturtevant, WI.

They fixed the leaking PEX fitting on the cold water line.
They fixed my leaking strainer basket on one side ... "Redid the strainer basket on sink. Took apart and sealed. Sealant was missing just had a rubber gasket."
When will the other side leak?

They also FIXED THE LOW WATER AT THE KITCHEN ISLAND!!!
"Removed faucet to check for plugged, did not find anything so removed flow restrictor, reassembled and tested, now working"

Water pressure had to at least double. The sprayer actually functions now.

GRAND DESIGN ... why not tell people how to remove this "flow restrictor"?????

That's great to hear Mike. Is the restrictor in the faucet head or somewhere in line?
