337 Low Kitchen Island Water Pressure

Why do so many 337 RLS owners have VERY LOW water pressure at the kitchen island?
by low I mean a big trickle.

It is both hot and cold side.
It is both on city water and onboard water pump.
Bathroom faucet, shower and toilet seem to be just fine.

There must be some systemic build problem causing this.
Where should my dealer start looking?

    Hi Mike,

You can add the 303 RLS models to this list . . . same situation. I am betting on some type of "water saving" restriction orifice between the valves and the spray head. Might work well at 60 psi, but too much restriction at campground 30 psi. Can't be that hard to find, I just don't have time right now.

Is it possible it's the faucet? Maybe take the aerator out and see if it's some type of flow restrictor.

I'm following this thread because my 337 is the same. Not enough water pressure at the kitchen sink to even use the sprayer, it just shuts itself off when you try to push the sprayer button.

Removed the sprayer head and the one way ball check valve(antii-syphon I believe) to see if it changed the flow. No different. Re-installed the check valve. Still looking for answers?

    Hi Mike (@gr8daggett),

Remove the access panel (located in the pass-through compartment) behind your utility center, and check your water pump filter. If the filter is full of debris, clean it before re-installing it (the water pump filter is re-usable).

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice

If the pump filter is clean, does the pump filter condition have any affect on the city water flow? The city water flow is very weak, both hot and cold. Bathroom fixtures have normal flow.

We have the same issue and are following this thread.

Our faucet head is cracked (about 2/3 of the way around), so we'll be replacing the faucet on some future trip and will see if that makes any difference. While researching faucets for our kitchen remodel, I did read that some of the high arch faucets have a lower flow rate. I'm tempted to have Dave use the nice Delta pull out faucet we saved from the kitchen demo, but it's chrome not stainless.
