In our Momentum, the kitchen faucet always seemed a little weak. It was also quite tall, and if you were seated on the far side of the island from the TV, it stuck up into the field of view.
We got a discount coupon for Ikea, and we replaced it with a http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60305951/ YTTRAN faucet with pull-out spout.
ETA - If you install this, it is a two-person job. One person needs to hold it perfectly centered over the hole in the countertop while the other tightens it down from below. It will try to move and turn on them, so it might take a couple of tries.
It has a much stronger flow, and sits lower so it's out of the field of view of the TV - but still works fine with the sinks. It took about 30 minutes to replace, but I had to install a http://www.apolloflow.com/products/info/184 onto both the cold and hot supply lines inside the island.Editor - www.RamGunner.com and www.MomentumGunner.com

Good morning. I just checked on this and there is not special tool needed to remove the hose from the faucet connection. It just may be on there very securely.

I had a similar problem with a different manufacturer. The island faucet didn't have much, if any, water pressure when using the water pump. On city water supply there were no issues. The problem was the water line that fed the kitchen island had too significant of a bend in the line over a support under the sink. The pump would collapse the line and basically shut the water supply off to the kitchen island faucet. The fix was to cut the line at the bend and install a 90 degree fitting where the line ran over the support. Problem fixed.

Removed the sprayer head and the one way ball check valve(antii-syphon I believe) to see if it changed the flow. No different. Re-installed the check valve. Still looking for answers?
