We had a similar problem with our bathroom sink. Cold water pressure was very low. Turned out to be a kinked water line. Yours may be similar issue.

What year is your unit and did you buy it new or used?

TT is a 2017. Business partner bought used Nov 2020. My wife & I moved into it full time Feb 1st & we've taken over payments from the business partner. Just bought a new 3.5 cu ft Washer & a new 3.0 cu ft dryer. Installed both in their spots in the closet this past week. Washer doesn't even give me a drop of cold water. Took hose off connection, no water coming from outlet either.

Can this be related to not running from the fresh water tank, just straight from supply line? Should we be running through the Nautilus & fresh water tank? Is there a cut off somewhere I'm missing? Totally new to all of this.

It's not related to tank vs. city water - what feeds the goose feeds the gander. I was asking about the history to see about the possibility of a previous owner having installed a shut-off valve in the line(s) to the W/D (which I did myself in our previous Reflection). I would suggest starting where the water lines come down into the basement from the washer location and following them back (on the Reflections, usually along the passenger side up against the outside floor framing) to see if you can find a shut-off valve of some sort.

What Rob said... Look for a shutoff valve somewhere below.
