Thanks to all contributors on this site
We are out for 5 weeks and last week my hot water flow would come and go.....then stopped all together.
I was able to use the ADVANCED SEARCH on our site, put in “no hot water flow” and had the answer in 2 minutes.
Called the RV store in town, got a new back flow valve for hot water heater and all is well. 10 minute job.

This place does rock. I've learned so much from this forum. Well worth the few dollars to become a paid member.

Nice post Bob. Thank you for reminding us. It is a great community. I too have learned a ton here and value our fellow GD owners vast knowledge base. My experience lines up with yours. Question/problem raised, answer/resolution offered. Helping each other is not in short supply here. Frank.

If you think about it, RVing is no different than any other thing that you pursue as a hobby or an adventure.....we ALL started out as a rookie/newbie....whatever you want to call it, and didn't know anything about that hobby. Some folks got an early start when they were much younger, some of us didn't start until much later in life. And of course sometimes, just life experiences or vocations that we have chosen for our lives, are able to contribute to our knowledge. You may have been a plumber.....or an Electrician (as I have been for over 40 years) and some of those vocations obviously help when dealing with RVs.....water systems, sewage systems, Electrical systems (both 12VDC and 120VAC)....maybe even mechanical stuff like automotive techs, hydraulic systems, etc. I have had a LOT of help over the past almost 5 years of RV ownership because when I bought my first one back in 2016, I didn't know squat about RVs and lots and lots of others helped me with answering questions that I had. In turn, over those years, I have gained a lot of knowledge and will always try to share what I've learned....or in the case of Electrical stuff, what I've been doing since 1977 as my job (now retired). And I will admit, one of the electrical areas I've never delved into is the Solar system stuff as it pertains to RV. If I ever chose to add solar stuff to my RV, I would be asking a lot more questions.
So what it all boils down to is that there are a LOT of knowledgeable folks with literally hundreds of years collectively, that are here and willing to share their info and help others.....and THAT....is just awesome and is one of the many things that makes RVing so great for all of us.2016 F350 CrewCab Dually

I have owned a pop up and two TT's before this 5th wheel. Never got on any forums or anything till this, and one other. I never asked many questions either. Since buying this rig I check the forum often, have asked a few questions, looked some things up, and learned a TON of stuff. It is my 1st source of information.
