    Stink bugs invasion

This winter some stink bugs moved into our trailer 😢 Does anyone have any ideas on how we can get them to move on?

This is the $64,000 dollar question, as they use to say

Each spring they invade our closed-in porch at home. Best we can do is grab them in tissues while being careful not to create any stink and flush in toilet (not recommended for RVs though)

I’m all ears to other’s suggestions.

I keep hearing about these bugs and I'm sure glad we don't have these up here.

Move on? Nope. You have to move them out. A shop vacuum is your friend. They can survive long durations with minimal food and get into the most confined spaces. Go on a sealing and blocking spree as you hunt them.

As geotex1 said. A shop vac is your friend. I bought this small shop vac and keep it in the RV. It works awesome with a lot of suction and plenty of stink bugs have made their way into my vacuum. https://amzn.to/3hfSfW1

The only truly reliable way to rid yourself of stinkbugs: https://www.homedepot.com/p/1-5-oz-D...1595/203187966
They swarm here at home in the fall looking for a winter home but I never saw anything like last October when I stayed over in Virginia in the Shenandoah Valley.

Doesn't this frustrate me to know end. For years it was ladybugs and now this. What we have here is the Seed Bug https://plantforsuccess.com/conifer-seed-bug/ which looks similar and reeks just as much. All new windows, caulked siding and the still find crevices to get in. One crawled up my son's nose, another in my ear while sleeping. They love pine cones and our area is loaded with 70 foot pines that seem to have yearly bumper crops of pine cones. They are in our house all year long except the hot summer. Even the cats know enough to stay clear.
