    Cut the bubbles open, clean well, add primer and recaulk the area

    My dealer told me I'm safe to use Dicor. I got a email from them telling me that I can go ahead and use it. It was recommended by them. The email states I will not void any warranty.

    I'd print that email just to be safe. I doubt it will ever be an issue but.... better safe than sorry.

    Looks to me like the roof material was cut too short and pulled away. I had a unit like that once and the easy fix is to add another strip of metal trim and then recaulk. Don't delay on that issue.

    I would also recommend covering the entire back and front roof seams with alpha bond tape (if you have an alpha tpo roof). You'll be all done with caulking those areas once you do that. Permanent solution.

    ​Bubbles in the caulk, to ahead and pop. But it would be wise to use what is reccomended by the manufacture of the roof. Some dealers know less about the components and give bad advice. If you want to use dicor (is meant for edpm roofing) clear it with GD first.

    I dont think it pulled away. It looks to me like the gap that your seeing us actually the membrane going under the termination bar.
