This is the one I got. Just want to make sure I'm not using a sealant that isn't compatible with GD membrane. I heard of certain sealant not being compatible or void warranty....

This is the one I got.

Awesome thank you. Any advise for applying it other than clean with mild detergent and water allow to dry and apply?

There likely isn’t any reason for you to touch the roofing material anyway

Question is why hasn't the dealer addressed this? Looks like something sliced a hole in the membrane. While I love our trailer, I've found that whoever was responsible for QA before it left the factory was asleep that day. Not impressed with some things that were either patched, or fit and finish is less than I'd expect for a Solitude.

There is a primer you need to use to help adhesion. Dicor Ultra Sealant Primer can be purchased on Amazon and is good for EPDM and TPO roofing materials.

The wood on the roof expands and retracts with the weather leaving lines, wrinkles or bubbles. All that is normal. I would not make a practice of popping
(putting holes in roof) the bubbles and caulking. If anything could void the roof warranty putting holes in the membrane on purpose could.

The bubbles were in the caulking and they were rather large. There was approximately 2 of them. When u popped it there was a large void. The bubble was paper thin. I didn't make a hole in the membrane. You still suggest to leave it?
