Let me start by saying I'm not one who regularly posts on sites like this, but I thought it important to share my experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a '21 GD Reflection, 337RLS. We love the floorpan, features and our overall experience has been great. During a recent trip, I noticed my factory installed OneControl panel's start button was recessed, and would not pop out. While trying to free the stuck button, it broke leaving floating parts in the housing and no ability to activate the screen.

The saying: "if it's predictable, it's preventable" certainly applies, as the location of this control panel in the basement where it is certain to get bumped and the protruding button are a recipe for failure. Having said all that, I contacted GD, provided pictures and immediately received a replacement control panel, which I will install myself.

I could not be more impressed with the customer service response and timely resolution!!

Note: I notice the replacement has a more recessed button, which should eliminate the breakage problem in the future. Well Done GD!!!
