    Problem with my entrance steps

Hello All. We've had our 260rd for a few weeks and have no problem raising and lowering our entrance steps until last weekend. When I raised the steps I heard a " click" that I hadn't heard before and now the steps are locked in the raised position. Any thoughts on what happened? Thanks in advance for the help.

Could it be a rock or something jammed in the hinge?

Thanks JustUs. I can't see anything that's blocking the steps but it could be something that I can't see.

Only thing i could figure is youve bound up one of the hinge pins and it is catching. May be able to push up and to the side as well to free it.

Give Lippert customer service a call. I have heard good things about their help. https://support.lci1.com/contact

Hello All. I found the problem. One of the clevis pins came loose from the bottom step support. I couldn't see that until I laid under the steps. Thanks again.
