Gray Tank Handle Won’t Close
I had no luck searching for this in the threads.
Our kitchen gray tank handle won’t close all the way thereby allowing the discharge to fill. As you can imagine, this makes a messy scene when connecting the drain hose.
We have had moderate improvement if we travel with water in the tank and the discharge open. It seems to dislodge food particles and allows the handle to close slightly more. But then again, that’s even messier when connecting the hose.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.2019 F350 DRW, Crew Cab, Long bed,

@Rvlife - if you have not tried back flushing, you may want to consider doing so. We have had 2 or 3 episodes over the years where our kitchen valve leaked slightly as well. Each time I did a back flush and drained the tank a few times and we were gtg. There are back flush connections available from various manufacturers but I just made my own.....picture attached.
I would also consider adding the Valtera gate valve on the end of your existing sewer connection as many of us have done to eliminate the grey and/or black water unwanted "shower !"
