    Installed MORryd Step Above steps

Wife unit and I, installed new steps Friday evening.
MORryde Step Above assisted were a piece of cake.
Took us about an hour and a half.
Watched a few YouTube videos, gathered up some tools, and started.
After cutting the trim with a Sawzall, I used a HF electric nailer to resecure the trim at the cut.
Added some remote control lights to the steps yesterday, and planning on getting a new grab handle, and a MORryde tool box that fits in the space where the factory steps were.

The sun shade on your entrance door seems nice. Is that something that you have added or did it come that way?

It's a replacement window kit, called slim shade.
I hated in all the campers we've owned to have a blind spot on the door with that crinkle finish window.
Now, we see out, just like the other windows. It has a blind for privacy too.

Thanks for the response. I will look into it as I would like something that I could see out of but also be able to close. Thanks.

Problem I have with the slim shade is in order to use it you have to open the door to reach behind the screen door. Or is that not that big of a deal?

I added MR steps to my TT as well. Biggest thing for me was drilling into the new floor. After a couple seasons use it's one of our fav mods.

I don't find closing the blind before entering our 376th at the end of the day, or going out with the dog and opening or closing the blind a bother.

There's just some things ya gotta do....

We love our MORryd steps with one exception, if you’re not careful you will step on the rail because the steps are more narrow than the door. If you do step on the rail your exit from your camper will be much faster and your landing won’t be much fun either. Ask me how I know.. 😊
