Entire bottle of wine spilled inside Dometic fridge, where did the liquid go?

Newbie RV owner here...Just got home from my 5th trip in our 17 MKE after a short 1.5 hour drive from the campsite, with no unusual bouncing or hard stops. I opened the fridge to discover that the unopened bottle of wine that I had placed on its side on a middle shelf (too tall to put in the door or anyplace else) is now completely empty. Looks like the back corner of the shelf somehow became unattached, causing the bottle to fall neck down and the glass stopper (held in place by a seal of plastic film) popped out. OK, bummer, no relaxing glass of wine to wind down after unloading the rig. But now I notice that while there's a little bit of wine on the bottom of the fridge and maybe a quarter cup in the veggie bins, there isn't nearly enough to account for the whole bottle of wine. None on the floor. I recall seeing an unusual spill pattern on the back of the rig a few minutes earlier, at the time I wondered if someone had poured out a soda on the back of the trailer when I stopped for gas. So now I'm assuming that most of the 750 ml bottle has somehow been drained out the back of the trailer. Do I need to remove the fridge vents and clean out the entire inside of the exposed space? What's the best way to go about removing wine from inside the fridge compartment? Will our beautiful brand new trailer smell like stale wine forever?

Hard to tell from the photos but the spilled wine was a rosé, I should have mentioned that!

Ouch. We had wine spill in the outdoor fridge and got lucky that we could clean it all out. I only travel with wine stored in a box in the truck now. No more in the rv for me. Hopefully it all cleans out and doesn’t stay sticky or even stinky.

I cant drink wine out of a box. I guess that makes me a wine snob.
Red wine does not have to be expensive to be good.
Many good Pinot and Cabernet $14- 20 dollars.
That being said box wine really has no aging or vintage.
We’ve spilled a little wine but wouldn’t make me alter what I buy. If you dropped a filet mignon in the RV does not mean never serving it again?

Why not get giant coozies to cushion the bottles?

At least, wrap them in bubble wrap so they can't move in the refrigerator!
