Cracks on inside of doors

Both doors on my Momentum have developed cracks on the inside. Not a few, a lot! Top to bottom. Anyone else have this happening? Anyone also have an email address to contact them about this?

Photo's? Kind of hard to visualize what kind of cracks: bottom, corners, plastic, etc.

Wow, I've not seen anything like that before. I have no idea, but I'm sure someone will be along that is familiar with that issue.

Google “ cracks in lippert rv doors” and you will see others with the same cracks. There was one YouTube about re-skinning the door. Talk to Grand Design then Lippert. Replacing the doors could be costly.

Nope. 2 other friends with Momentums have it happening also.

Update; letters and pics sent to GD and Lippert. The guy at Lippert, Scott, was very helpful 'tho he did say only 1 year warranty on the doors.

I had this happen on my last TT (not a GD)
It is a cheap and easy fix. Home Depot sells the material in 4X8 sheets for less than 10.00 at he time.
You need to remove the door, and drill out the rivets holding it together (after removing all hardware, latch, window etc.)Once the aluminum frame is off peel the plastic off. It is glued to the foam, but mine let go without any trouble. Then cut a new piece to fit. I chose not to use glue, as I think that may have caused the cracking. So I just put it back together with pop rivets. It never gave me any more problems.
