brand new trailer with caulking issues?

Hello there, just purchased a 2021 grand design transcend 297qb. I walked up the ladder and noticed this. Is it normal for the caulking to have gaps and be applied so thin. It looks like there is a gap between the termination bar and the membrane. Not sure if that's normal

This is what I found when I climbed up the ladder.

Only problem is I don't want to apply the sealant and get my warrant voided without first speaking to the dealership.

Huh? Applying sealant won’t void warranty. It is actually something you should do every 90 days

Lap sealant doesn't bond well to metal trim. No reason you'd have an issue with your warranty to dress lap sealant.
