Furrion convection/microwave

Stopped at new campground today, set the clock all is well. Then the screen went black and its dead as a doorknob. Any suggestions...checked fuse, its plugged in and plug will work on something else.
I need my microwave!

sounds like an internal fuse (inside the microwave) is blown...do you have the owners manual for it? It may have an electrical schematic to confirm.

There are lots of videos on YouTube about Furrion microwaves failing. There is a 20 amp glass fuse on the top right side behind the cover. A malfunction in the door safety switches pop’s it. Watch the videos and it will give you an idea where to look and what to replace.

You don't say what year or model your RV is. If it's within the 1-year warranty period, GD will replace the entire microwave. I highly recommend that you create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question. You can create a signature by going to:

Well have you ever had the glass shatter on a Furrion FMCM15 SS 1.5 microwave? If anyone has a used one for sale let me know working or not as long as the door is in good condition. I really do not want to spend 500. plus for a new microwave when all I need is the door. Thanks to all IsaacD.
