Hi all
We are new to grand design and our first RV as owner and not borrower. We sold our Home of 16 years in Orange Beach, Al and are full time until
the building materials come back to reality and we find our 2 forever home locations... we are looking to settle in central to south Florida for summer
and Colorado (maybe) in the winter or back and forth throughout the year... we have spent time in both areas and love both .. just getting started
in tis adventure and have been beaten non stop by all kinds of forces and managed to muttle through...

Welcome to the group. Building materials are crazy right now, along with other things. We've put a few projects on hold because of this.
