Spongy/weak floor
We purchased a used 2020 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS fifth wheel in January2021. The vinyl "plank" flooring began curling on the edges between the dinette and island. No water marks or swelling but the floor is a bit spongy in that area. We did pull up a couple of the planks and the pressed board is damage free. The rest of the vinyl flooring is one piece. We had a local professional check it out via the underbelly and inside the camper. His opinion is the spongy area is due to no support beams in that area of the floor due to the rods which attach the slide out. Also the vinyl flooring had to come from the factory in that state. Since it was used the warranty did not transfer and our extended warranty "of course" does not cover our present situation. With all that being explained has anyone else noticed weak flooring issues in their units?

Its not uncommon to feel a slight bounce in some trailers. If it checked out ok it's likely what they said. The curling of the floor sounds not right though. Even though it is used it might not hurt to reach out to GD customer service, have the VIN ready . If they ask for a bill of sale it iss so they can keep their ownership records up to date.
