I still have the 507, but now the newer model. When I had my complete BLOWOUT, it froze the 507; so much so that I had to get it warranty replace.

I had a 4 year old Tire Minder 500(?). It was a display similar in size to the TST and would scroll through as well if you pushed a button to scroll. Then would only scroll once until button pushed again. With all new batteries in sensors, the Tire Minder had problems updating to current pressure and temp. From a cold start, 2 of the sensors would be reading >120 psi and >110F. I could drive for hours and the read-out wouldn't change. Tried letting some air out and hit-or-miss whether it would update. Drove 2,000 miles that way back home from Colorado. As soon as I got home, I ordered the TST 507. Have only used it on 100 mile trip to and from the dealer for warranty work but worked great. Took a few minutes to begin reading when I picked up the 5th wheel but read correct pressures and temperatures from the start. Next long trip starts later this week but I feel more comfortable with the TST than I did with the Tire Minder.
