2021 Imagine 22MLE XLS converter question

Wondering if the onboard converter has smart-charger technology, & if it will charge lithium house batteries. Also, I can't seem to find if there is just one solar docking port (on the roof), or is there another port on the side of the trailer? Thanks very much!

The charger is just the basic one. Not smart and not made for lithium. It will charge lithium just not to 100%. On our 2020 22mle, the solar charge port is only on the side. However I think that changed for 2021.

So we have a 2021 22MLE and just have a single solar port on the roof. With the lines in the pass through, it would be very easy to put a port down there for a portable solar.
    Hope this helps,
    Brian

Thanks for the replies! It seems the location of the solar port was indeed changed to the roof with the 2021 model. We just toured the trailer this afternoon, and we're really torn between ordering now or waiting until next year. We'd really like a 12V fridge as opposed to propane, & heard a rumour that the 2022s would have that option, but today the dealer told us he was quite certain that wouldn't be happening. Still and all, it's a beautiful, well-designed unit!
