    Blinds

Wife and I just left our 303 at summer site, be back next weekend. We couldn't remember, blinds up , blinds down, she thought she remembered hearing somewhere that if you left them down for to long they wouldn't stay up? What's everybody think? Thanks!

Dirtclod--we keep most of ours down when not using our rv and after nearly a year no problems or tension seemingly being different.

We always keep ours down. We had the same blinds in our last rig and they were still operating fine after five years in the desert sun. The reason we keep them down is to prevent sun damage to the interior. If needed, it's much less expensive to replace the blinds if they are sun damaged vs. cabinets and furniture.

We leave ours down when not in use, also for sun fade prevention. In our old TT we traveled with them down and after a while it seemed like we had to adjust/tighten strings a lot. We started traveling with them up and had no more issues.
We travel with them up now in our 5er, no problems 1 year in.
