Another member asked me to post this for information purposes. It's an email I received from Goodyear after inquiring about the G614 warranty.

Mr. Thompson,

See attached Commercial Tire Warranty. Should you incur a tire failure and
subsequent damage to your vehicle, please keep the failed tire and contact
our Property Damage Claims Department at 1-800-322-4682.

If you're travelling and not able to take the failed tire with you, please
have a dealer hold the tire at their location for you and provide you a
receipt so our Liability Team can contact them for inspection findings and
to have the tire picked up and shipped into Goodyear.

Jim, I would hope owners of the G614s would copy and save the above information, but to make this thread a sticky would obligate the forum to do so with information on all the tires our forum members use.
