Momentum 30G
I don't see any posts regarding the Momentum G series, does anyone here have one I can ask questions about?

Welcome to the forum, there are plenty of people on here with G series Momentums. Best option is to start a new topic, just pick the correct category as best as possible, and ask away.

Is this the right section to post for the Momentums? Specifically, towing a new 30G. Are there any known issues with trailer sway?

These trailers are notoriously tongue heavy without anything loaded and light with a SXS in the back. Be aware that it is very likely that the tongue weight will be significantly more than what is listed on the GD site once you have propane, battery etc... loaded in the trailer. Backing the SXS in will improve weight distribution. Many of us add water to the fresh tanks to improve the balance also but may not be necessary on the 30G. It really help with our 31G though. What hitch are you using and what tow vehicle do you have?
Many of us are running the 20k pull/2k tongue weight rated Weigh Safe hitch with great success. You will likely not have a good experience if you do not have a hitch rated for more than the 1350 listed tongue weight on the 30G. As @NB Canada stated, the Weigh Safe will tell you exactly how much the tongue weighs and provide the exact amount of distributed weight to make the trailer pull well. It has on the fly adjustment with a single bolt for the distributed weight.
Here's the link to my review of the WS hitch if you aren't familiar with it. AS I said, many of us with the heavier 29G and 31G trailer have had great success with it.
