I too am into Beer, both drinking and brewing. I've been brewing beer almost since Jimmy Carter legalized home brewing in 1978. Back when I started it was difficult to find ingredients. Now you can find almost anything you need on line. I even grow four varieties of hops in the yard. I've got a dark porter on tab right now and a Cascade IPA ready to be kegged. When my wife and I travel to an area we always try to stop at the local breweries, wineries and restaurants.

Anyone Brew while traveling / at the Campground. Thinking about putting together a small Brewpot with 2.5 Gal Fermenter. Curious if any have tried and how it has worked?

My wife and I love to check out the Breweries and Brew Pubs wherever we go camping. I don't like large breweries either. We've found some really good breweries over the years. I like to collect the coasters too.

x2 on the Spotted Cow. I usually bring back 6-8 cases when I go back to Wisconsin every year.
I also enjoy New Belgium Voodoo Ranger.

When in New Mexico, I press the outside kitchen fridge into service with a case of 7K IPA brewed in Santa Fe.
