outside tv hookup will not find channels

2021 model 2250rk the inside Tv will scan and find channels on Antenna but the outside hookup to the tv when scanning can not find any channels . I know the tv is good as it is new and I checked it for antenna only in the house , Have not tried seeing if the outside will find cable channels but will try the next time we go camping .Anyone else had this issue ? You need to check coax connections EVERYWHERE. I was having problems with my TV reception and when I checked coax connections behind every plate most were not tightened all the way. I would start with the Antenna TV FM booster plate in the trailer that the main TV is connected. The one with the red light and push button. This is where the main antenna/cable coax comes into from the pass through connection and then coax goes out to (boosted) other connection points in bedroom and outside.
