Can't Adjust Pin Box to Highest Position

I have a 2021 Solitude 310-GK that I pull with my 2017 Ram 3500 Dually. When I picked it up I was so excited I did not notice the nose-up condition on the camper. After our first trip I decided it needed adjustment, especially after dragging a rear stabilizer in the gravel backing into our storage shed. Today I set out to raise the hitch in the pin box to the highest setting, which would drop the RV nose 2" and make it acceptable. After a bunch of sweating and some blood I found out the hitch has a interference with the main cross member of the solitude frame that prevents use of the highest setting by about 5/16 of an inch. I am not a happy camper. Now I have to pit it back where it was. My hitch is already in its lowest setting. Has anyone else run into this? It looks like my only option is to raise the RV with expensive suspension mods or change my hitch pinbox setup which is also not cheap. Any ideas anyone? I am desperate right now. Oh BTW, that rusty hitch plate with lack of paint adhesion is a no cost option on my camper!

Ok, let me try to get this... You are saying your MORryde pinbox cannot be set any higher in adjustment in the wingset of your Solitude's Lippert frame and your 5er hitch in the bed of your RAM is at its lowest setting? So, can you share what 5er hitch you have? Many of us run with RAMs here.

You got it. I have the factory puck system with w B&W hitch set up. I would appreciate any advice. I cant be the only person to have run into this. It is incredible the factory hitch won't line up with the factory frame connections! I sure hope there is a simple solution but I am not optimistic. I am a metal fabricator.

Are you certain the hitch is in the lowest position? I have a different model companion but yours looks higher than mine. Could be just the camera angle- not sure. Although a different setup, I’m a little nose high with the hitch at the lowest setting. If I adjust the pin box I’ll loose bedrail clearance.

I have one inch on the B&W hitch left. I will do that tomorrow but it wont be enough to make it right. I needed at least 2 inches. Its amazing they would engineer something and pay to drill extra hoes that would not work. This is crazy. So I either have to weld it in the highest location, weld up and drill new holes 5/16'' higher, or get another hitch/ suspension. You pretty much need a 3500 to tow these things; why not make them to fit? I sure hope I am missing something simple!

How much bed rail cleance do you have?
Making the adjustments you want to, will reduce it. That is usually a bad thing

You have another notch lower on that B&W.

The MORryde is technically aftermarket in the sense your camper is built on a Lippert frame. Yes, Lippert makes pinboxes too. It's rare to be in the uppermost holes of a wingset. If you lower your B&W, you should be slightly nose high when done, which is good for bed rail clearance and no problem for the equalizers to handle for axle distribution. If you're scrubbing jacks, you probably can raise them up a hole set to deal with your particular slope situation.
