Residential Frig, Freezer door opens while traveling.

I have a Solitude 310GK-R with a Samsung 3 Door Frig. The freezer door opens while traveling. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what can be done?

Basically, everyone who has the Samsung residential refrigerator has had that problem. The solution we use (and the best, in my opinion) is this:

Received and installed. It works great, but I had to take the original lock off and the screw holes show. Too bad GD didn't use this lock in the first place.

I just found some small stainless steel screws in my collection to go in the holes. I agree that they should use the Fixer in the first place - and it has been recommended to the GD design team.

Our Solitude came with a latch on the freezer door just like the latch on the sliding closet doors. Not sure if this is the factory solution to this issue or not.

Can you post a photo of the latch? If it's just on the freezer door, it's still a problem as the refrigerator door will fly open, dent against the counter top, and spill food everywhere.
