    Question Innoflame Fireplace Theremostat Not Working

    We have a 2021 354GK Solitude and the Innoflame fireplace does not shut off the heating element once the desired temperature has been reached. The operating manual that came with the unit does not provide a troubleshooting section on this and I cannot find anything online. Has anyone come across this?

    We don't have the Innoflame but with our unit we turn off the breaker for 10 minutes to reset the fireplace. Might give it a try. Frank.
