Assuming it was merely cosmetic but warranty is running short now so I thought I'd ask around: this bubble formed in the exterior wall early on after purchase.

Bubbles in walls can be serious. You need to have it looked at as soon as you can.

Call Grand Design and have them open a case on it and get the number. If you have to wait on hold, do it. You will need more and better pictures. When I open a case I have an email ready to go explaining the problem with images. They will enter the images and your email into the case. They will probably recommend you take it to a dealer.

I've had other warranty issues previously so a direct contact with GD was already established; they okayed the repair, no problem. Looks to be poor bonding not water related. Cheers.
