Norcold Refridgerator model 1210T water drain tray
Took our 2021 GD Reflection, RF303RLS out for the 2nd time. I am noticing that when we move to our next spot (we do not run the fridge while on the road) that the condensation that has built up on the back coils drip and the tray is not keeping the water from going into the bottom vegetable bins. I had to have at least a cup of water in the bins and bottom of fridge. Is anyone else having this problem? We have been running the fridge on "3" which keeps the temp around 37-39 degrees. Just very frustrating to have to empty everything to mop up the excess water. Any tips or suggestions appreciated!!

This has been discussed on the forum before. The tube from that tray drains into an evaporation tray on the outside at the back of the refrigerator. There's a little plastic plug in the outside end of that tube with tiny little holes that tend to get clogged with algae and prevent the inside tray from draining. I removed that little plastic plug from ours (after getting tired of cleaning the little holes) in our Reflection and never had a problem with it after that.

Thanks. Hubby took the compressor and blew out the drain tube...it started to drain! Took the back off (from the outside panel) and found the tube. No little plastic plug on ours. So we must have had a clog in the tube somewhere. The tray in the compartment (outside) was full of water from all of our testing. It is now working and hopefully I won't have to mop up water from the bottom of my fridge! Appreciate your help.

Same issue here. Here in lower Alabama, it is very humid, and the drip system has to work for large condensation flows. Behind the lower outside panel, I took the plug out and zip tied the tube to one of the gas lines (loosely) so it drains to the bottom of the bay, then outside. The evap tray isn't big enough so I'm by passing it. I'll risk the little critters getting in the tube without the plug.
Also, iinside the refer, the builders just push the drip tray onto the tube, and often they just crush the rubber tube, not making a good mating. You can feel with an index finger up under the tray where the tube connects to feel if the tube is firmly mated.2020 Reflection 303RLS
