For #1 , measure the mounting depth available as spacer rings might be needed. Also verify that the ceiling board is continuous so that the jigsaw works as expected.

On the outside, I found some 6.5" marine enclosures that worked perfectly. Here are some pix.
Are those waterproof? They look cool and I am sure they are infinitely better that the originals, but are they up to the weather?

The marine/waterproof speakers I bought have your choice of led lighting, I went with red for stargazing ambient light. Since the wiring for lighting is part of the very bright awning lights, I had to separate them. The awning lights are now remotely controlled and powered by my solar's load circuit.

We travel fulltime and I am shocked people are on here complaining about music. I see way, way, way, more people lock their yapping dog in the coach or out front for hours and hours. All while the owners drive off for a nice relaxing night on the town. Meanwhile the rest of us wish our speakers were loud enough to drowned out the dog. Seriously it’s no comparison easily 1/3 of dog owners are oblivious to the hell they put other campers through.

What you say is true, but just because barking dogs are annoying doesn't mean listening to someone else's choice of music can't also be annoying. One doesn't excuse the other.

Agreed! My wife and I keep to ourselves and leave the place nicer than when we came.
