Slide won’t open. Can anyone help?

Hi, I have a year old Grand Design Imagine 23 BHE. We are right now on our first long cross country trip and at our first stop our slide won’t open. When I press the button it moves a tiny bit but then stops. We are far from home with kids- can anyone help?

A low battery can do this. Is there an error code on your controller?

Presuming it may be a schwintec electric side - I agree with the voltage or possibly a blown fuse in the front bay behind the plastic protector. If it's not the voltage then I'm betting it's the fuse.

Don't know about this model but ours is under bathroom sink and up high and hard to see. Also look under kitchen cabinets up high, use flashlight to see better.
We had problem with ours getting out of sync, has 2 electric motors out of sync due to not fully letting side go all the way out. Had to do manual override.
GD design customer service said to always extend slide all the way and hold button for another 10 to 15 seconds after it stopped. We do this and have never had another problem. Also do this when retracting slide, hold that button a few extra seconds after it stops. Click on picture to enlarge.
