No speed change from low to high on a/c

I have only used our a/c units in our 2017 376th on low.
Last weekend it got kinda hot, and I turned the front and center units on, and set them on high.

Hmmmm ?? Air speed was low, switched to low, same speed.
Turned them off, and tried again.
There is no difference between low and high.
    What's wired wrong ?
I'd like to have high air speed and lots of cooling like the bedroom a/c, and other 5ers we've had.
Would like to have more for our next outing, it's getting really hot now !

I think they were probably mis-wired from the factory. For two units on one trailer to have the same problem is not impossible but it is improbable.
You need to remove the thermostats from the wall and insure that the wire colors match where they were connected.
If the colors are correctly matched the green wire(high fan) should be plugged onto the GH terminal in the plenum. The grey wire should go to the GL (Low Speed) in the plenum. These are the only two wires from the thermostat that control fan speed.

    Awesome !
Thank you. I'll pull the thermostat and check wiring.
But, yeah, both units have no air velocity change when switched from low to high.

Check wiring today. Wires are hooked up correctly as per the wiring diagram on the back of the thermostat.
Maybe wiring at the unit side ?
