You might try calling Lippert support 574.537.8900 and ask if they know someone in your area that really knows the In Wall slide. Every time you call them you may get a different person. If one tech says that he does not know of anyone ask him if he would ask a number of techs that he works with if they know...

Also asking them what the problem could be and if there has been a recent rash of problems like this? You calling could go a long way because a field tech is unlikely to call Lippert even when they can't find the problem.
