Lights flickering while using water pump

The lights flicker when ever the water pump is in use in our Solitude. What is the best way to rewire the panel and pump in order to stop the flickering. It didn't do it in 19 when we bought the camper, buit started late last year. What is the cause and the best way to eradicate it?? Thank you.

Since it didn't happen when the trailer and batteries were new, but is happening now my first guess would be that the batteries are getting old. Is it worse when the batteries are more drained?
Edited this post to suggest that it could be that the water pump is going out.

Battery tested good with 90% life left. Used a high grade battery tester. I did wonder about the pump but pressure is good and screen clean.

Since it didn't do it when new I'd be with the folks who think battery condition but don't forget poor connections. They develop over time when a lot of current flows through connections. Or maybe now you have more things drawing power from the panel (more light on than normal maybe?).

There are a few (or more) threads on this on the forum. To make the problem go away you can run dedicated 12 volts to the pump switch and pump. Some solutions are more elaborate than others. The root cause is often the single 15 amp feed to the control panel for just about everything on that panel.

    Here are some threads......

There are more threads (a lot more). Just use "flickering" as a search word (without the quotes).

In addition to the on-point advice from the post from @traveldawg, also ask yourself what else you added to or now use heavily in the low voltage circuitry.

Could also be loose/weak connections (especially "ground")

I didn’t look at the referenced threads , but this is what I did. Rewire with a 4 pin relay mounted close to pump. Fused battery input , output to pump , ground one side of coil. Use original power feed to other side of coil. Done.

    Hello.
I had the same issues...led light flickering when the water pump came on and also the electric tongue jack was cutting off when getting into load when I was on battery power only.
On shore power everything was working properly.
After a lot of investigation I found out that the Short Stop Breaker...was not working properly...coroded inside full of rust...and the light where flight when another source draw power from the battery....it didn't let the full 12.xx voltage to go from the battery to the stuff in the RV.
After I changed the Short Stop Breaker.... everything works beautiful.
So maybe change that SHORT STOP BREAKER.... it's about $20 for a 40Amp marine grade one.
Maybe that will be the fix.
    This is how mine looks
