    TCL tv

    2021 21BHE. The tv has a pop up message advertising TCL Roku, tech specs, etc

    Anyone know how to disable that?

    Go to the menu and perform a factory reset.

    Thanks a lot for this thread and the answers to get rid of the ads. We just took our maiden voyage with our new 303 and tried the tv. You guessed it, the on again off again ads. Now that we are home and saw this thread we are fixed and good to go. Thank you.
    Another thing with our TCL tv is, we unplug the power and go to the campsite. When we plug back in the tv is on and blaring. How does this happen? So, when we get back home and plug back in it is doing the same thing. Wazzup? Yes, everything was off when we unplugged? Gremlins I guess.
