OK, to put this post to bed and end the speculation...

The Southco R001 key is used on slam latch locks THAT ARE NOT ONE KEY locks.

Your particular Reflection has the ONE KEY, which will do everything. On some of them (part's shortages) they use different slam latches and entry door locks, which will then use multiple different keys.

Realistically, you should have 2 of the keys that do everything.

    Mystery Key

My 2020 Imagine came with 3 keys. The larger one with plastic unlocks the main door latch and deadbolt.

The two smaller keys look like your mystery key with a slight difference. One silver key has cuttings on both sides like your mystery key and my other key has cuttings on only one side. My key with cuttings on both sides unlocks the storage department doors on each side. The key with cuttings on just one side unlocks the outside refrigerator door. Why that outside door key is different than the two storage compartment doors, I don't know. I'm surprised your larger key unlocks the main door and storage compartment doors.

Does it say CH751 on the opposite side?
If so, that's a very generac key used in most rv units for outside locking compartments.

Looks like my hitch lock key. Maybe the dealer had a hitch lock on it while it was on the lot and took it off once you showed up to pick it up.
