    Wool wax

If you've never heard of this product, it is s a great way to keep your underpainted frame, axles etc from rusting.

I use it on truck and trailer frames etc. It is easy to apply and lasts about a year on the frame.

Have you used Fluid Film to be able to compare? Similar products. I use Fluid Film, but curious if one is better.

I asked Google your question because I was curious too. Here is the answer: "Woolwax has the same creeping & migration qualities as Fluid Film. However Woolwax is much more resistant to wash-off and provides protection for a much longer period of time. Also, Woolwax has no smell.May 23, 2019"

I have, but can't comment yet on how much longer the woolwax will last. I can say that it is not as messy to apply. The fluid film would atomize and fill the air with a foggy mist. The woolwax sprays on better with less mess. I had a tarp under both the truck and trailer and there was no over spray or mess. I really didn't need the tarp.
