Is the drip tray or tube placed correctly inside the fridge ? Could be leaking from inside and not to visible.

We had a similar issue. I couldn’t find any leaks. Eventually noticed the seals were wet. We’ve had trouble with the flap not sealing. Turns out the left hand door latch was sticking just enough for the door to not close completely. Also allowed that door to open while traveling. Not good. A tiny bit of WD40 allowed the latch to slide freely again. I’m still wondering about the need to replace the door seals.

Also, check the door flapper for condensation when the doors are shut. If the heater is not functioning properly you will have condensation and water on the floor under the doors.
